When you arrive, entering the property from Florence Street, you will see the house, the large back deck, the stairs leading to the balconies of the Murphy and Guertin suites, the picturesque garden shed and the majestic trees filling the back yard. Different areas are arranged among the trees and gardens so that you find the place you are looking for reading, meditating or even working. The stone entrance, which is a century old, along with the many shrubs and flowers will provide you with a warm welcome feeling.

When you're on the terrace of the suite Ferland or on balconies of the Murphy or Guertin suites, you will enjoy the view of the gardens. Imagine observing the sunrise while enjoying your coffee or your morning tea.

The east side of the house offers a spacious veranda and adjust the view of beautiful Lake Temiskaming. Every suites has large windows facing the lake so that every morning, as you start your day, you can enjoy this breathtaking view!

Presidents' Suites also offer private beach with a width of 45 m (150 ft). Again, you will find that peaceful area so much desired. The beach, pier, waves, wind. Whether for a few minutes or several hours, this really unique place, you will find great peace and it will mark your imagination. You can also enjoy sunset on the beach with a camp fire!

Lake Temiskaming is one of the natural wonders located in Ontario. It is a large freshwater lake on the provincial border between Ontario and Quebec, Canada. The lake, which forms part of the Ottawa River, is 110 kilometres (68 mi) in length and covers an area of almost 300 km2. The lake is in certain places up to 216 m (709 ft) deep. The name is from the Algonquin word Temikami or Temikaming, meaning "deep waters". The lake and surrounding area are popular for outdoor recreation : fishing, kayaking, canoeing...There are over 30 species of fish in Lake Temiskaming, the best known are northern pike, sturgeon, lake trout, walleye, smallmouth bass, bullhead, carp, ling, perch and whitefish. The lake was shaped during the last ice age when glaciers carved into the rock. It is also the remnants of a huge basin called Lake Ojibway-Barlow, which existed about 9,500 years ago.
