 This 2 bedrooms suite has generous living area that is the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday, to entertain groups or host reunions. Imagine all the modern facilities in a century old setting! Access to the picture-perfect garden, through a lovely solarium and private patio also makes it ideal for events requiring an outdoor atmosphere. Enjoy the exterior hot tub and the beautiful property. The largest (1,400 sq ft) of all three accommodations, the Ferland Suite is located on the main floor and offers two large independent bedrooms, an elegant living room, a four season solarium with a pull-out couch, a dining room, two work desks, and a roomy fully furnished ‘homestead style’ gourmet kitchen. The suite is accessible for people with reduced mobility. The back entrance is located at ground level and fully accessible. Wide hallways, large open areas along with several available accessibility accessories are all contributing to making everyone at ease to truly enjoy your stay.  The Ferland Suite has been named after the original owner of the house. Arthur Ferland was also the owner of the Matabanick Hotel, one of the first mine owners in Cobalt, and a great community leader of the time.
Included in the cost of the suite is a full continental breakfast and everything is available in your Suite: coffee, tea, juices, hot chocolate, bread, croissants, bagels, home made muffins, yogurts, cereals, oatmeal and fresh fruits. Discount of 10% for people staying more than 3 nights Discount of 15% for people staying more than 7 nights Discount of 20% for people staying more than 12 nights for the month Family discount: If 2nd bedroom is used by children 18yrs and under, a $30/day discount is provided.
