Our gift certificate can be for specific amounts. The person receiving it can decide when and how to use it. They are good for a year and, if for some reason they can’t use it, we can extend for a few months.
Once you purchase your gift, we will be in touch with you to see how we can send out a handsome certificate to the gift recipient. If you want to finalise the details of the house and dates, we can even do this with you and include this on the certificate they will receive.

Purchased product will be shipped promptly (less than 5 days) following the completion of the on-line order via regular Canada Post package shipping.
Customer satisfaction is our priority and we understand that there are occasions you may want to return purchased items. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to quality for a refund. You will be issued with a credit note for the item returned. Please ensure all items are wrapped securely and we recommend that you use insured registered delivery. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
