Devil’s Rock is a granite escarpment located 5 kilometres south of Haileybury. It is dated to be 2,200 million years old and has a face of 600 feet rising 300 feet above Lake Temiskaming. People have been rock climbing, hiking and boating to Devil’s Rock throughout the years. The view from up top is stunning! There are five tunnels (adits) in the cliff face that are the result of rock blasting between 1907 and 1912.
