You are planning for a family for 10 to 20 people or for an anniversary or other type of surprise with a group of up to 50 people, we can accommodate you and really provide with a memorable experience. Each of our historical home is of a different size and offers a different experience. They are all in proximity of each other in Haileybury.
Families are often using the Presidents’ Suites for their parents wedding or birthday anniversaries, to commemorate a special event, or simply to reunite the family.

A stay with us is an experience where each can enjoy luxurious accommodations while participating in activities, appreciating a good meal, relaxing in the exterior spa or simply using any other commodities available such as our kayaks, outdoor games, bicycles and more. Everyone can also find his or her own place for an intimate and quiet moment. Even youths and teenagers will find their own place and enjoy their stay.

Why stop yourselves from meeting just because your house is not big enough to accommodate all the family, or because the hosting responsibility is always given to the same person? By using the Presidents’ Suites, everyone is now on ‘neutral ground’ and can participate in having a memorable gathering. The complete kitchens are great for meal preparation. Dishes and all necessary accessories are available for cooking and serving your meals. Barbecues are available and access to the gardens and the picnic tables are great for eating outside. We have tents that can be set up on the large properties.
Proximity to the waterfront, golf courses, jogging trails and several other cultural, historical and touristic attractions make it easy to plan activities during your stay. An historical treasure hunt is also an activity that we offer for your group. A visit to our private Farr Island is always a special treat for the groups. The island is often used as a day destination for the Presidents’ Guests for anniversaries, family reunions.

The Presidents’ Suites is one of the favourite family holiday accommodation in the Temiskaming region and all this year-around. Young children, teenagers and adults will all enjoy their stay with us. With our several historical homes we can accommodate any size of families up to 50 people, and we will try to match you with the house that would best meet your needs. For families, the large size of our houses is great as everyone can find its own little private space to be during your stay.
We have several activities for children ranging from the Haileybury beach and giant waterslide, municipal parks, the skate park, to our pirate scavenger hunt. We also have kayaks, canoes, bicycles, exterior and interior games.
Once we understand what you are looking for during your stay, we will suggest things to do to meet your expectations. We want to provide you with a stress-free trip with fun-packed activities available nearby. Nicole will help you plan your event. Amenities include a lot of items which would really help during your anniversaries, family, friends reunions event and really all you need to bring are your clothes, personal toiletries and any food that would be required outside of what we have included in our continental breakfast and other condiments.
You will be able to cook all your meals for yourself or your group in the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with full size fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. You will find dishes, utensils, pots & pans and other kitchen accessories.

Renting the entire homes:
The homes are mostly rented out for larger groups where people rent out the entire home to accommodate anywhere between 15 and 25 people. The rates to rent the entire home are set up depending on the length of your stay.
Please also note that we accept pets in a few of our houses only. Please contact Nicole to discuss your situation and agree on the applicable additional cost. Cost may vary depending on the type of your pet.
